Refund/Exchange policy
Items returned within 7 days of the package arrival date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges (Standard First Class/Airmail) with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) as well as Paypal. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.
Shipping
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and an additional 3-10 business days for delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
